Taking the Dog for a Walk

Bring a bag, I am told,
to pick up the dog’s droppings.

Carry it home to dispose of it
whenever I take him out for a walk.

Train him instead, is my adage.
Make sure he goes out in back

to dump his heavy load
before he goes out on the road.
